Q&A:

*How did you feel about having a show tailor-made for you?
sobrang thankful ako sa nakapalaking suporta sa akin, sa napakalaking tiwala. Talagang medyo nabigla ako kasi ang tagal ko na di umaarte medyo nabigla may bagong show. Ang last ko ay 2007 pa, yung Pangarap na bituin.


*How close was your character to who you are in real life?
hindi naman nalalayo, may mga pagkakataon lang na hinahanagaan ko siya na  talagang wow, talagang idol ang character ko dito.


*There were times in your life that like  Billie, your family also faced financial troubles. How did  that help in your portrayal of the character?
 Oo. yun yung dahilan ko sa pagsali ng singing concert. Kagayan rin ni Billie, ginawa niya yun para di na magtrabaho ang parents niya abroad, para magsama-sama sila. Ako naman, para mapagpatulog ang pag-aral namin, at para maoperahan kapatid ko kaya ako sumali sa singing contest. Napakalaking tulong n'on sa pagganap ko. Iba kasi ang pain kapag pamilya ang tinatamaan.

*Who is your personal idol?
kailangan po ba isa lang? parents, lalong-lalo na si Mommy(Divine) kasi karga niya po lahat sa paglalaki sa amin. Hindi niya alam kung paano niya nabibigay ng oras bawa't isa sa amin, to the point na hindi na po niya kaya. Sinasabi  ko sa kanya hindi mo na kaya akuin ang lahat, ibingay mo rin sa iba. Sobrang nakaka-amaze kung paano siya hands-on, kung paano niya nabibigay lahat.

*Who  is your career idol?
Michael Jackson talaga po. Hindi ko po maexplain [kung bakit]. Eh kasi siguro siya po talaga ang King of Pop. Dati kapag nag pe-perform po siya, ang lakas-lakas ng connection niya po [with the audience] eh. Nanonood, di ba? At saka yung passion niya na magbigay ng talagang magandan
message sa ibang yun yung sobrang nakaka-amaze.

*You also are an idol for many people. Why do you think they relate so strongly to you?
   Nakita nila humble beginning ko, ng pamliya namin, natutunan ako, magmula nung Star for a night, yung mga ups and downs ko. Pag nakikita nila na di ganun kaganda performances ko, o kaya yung pag ganado ako, nakikisabay po sila. Yun yung dahilan at saka ang daming kabataan ang pangarap  mag-artista eh ako na isang ordinaryo na pilipina na kaya parang [nasabi nila sa sarili] "Wow, puwede pala magsikap lang para sa pangarap mo, laging may paraan."


*Besides singing, you can also act dance well. Is there anything that you find challenging to do?
    Naks naman! Sa career ko po? Well siguro yung pagsabayin ko na may work ako. I'm taking genera subject as an Associate in Art sa Open University of the Philippines. Mahirap mag-focus sa marami, kailangan may isa ka lang na  bagay talaga na pinagtutunan ng late nights, tapos kailangan ng early mornings din, mas sakop ng trabaho ko ang time ko. So mahirap ang mag-balance.


*If you were not so busy with work, what interest would you like to pursue?
     Mahilig ako sa arts, sketcking, drawing painting gusto ko matry. Gusto ko yung broadcasting. Isang malaking pangarap ang pagiging newcaster.

*You have a very good image. Compared to other young celebrities, you have not been a part of
any major scandal. What's your secret?
     Though the guidance of my parents talaga. Siyempre lahat naman tayo nagkakamali,siyempre dumating din ako sa point ng buhay ko na may mga pagkakamali rin ako. Pero di naman umabot sa puntong may scandal o sobrang gradeng pagkakamali. That's why thankful ako sa parents ko, kasi kundi dahil sa pagiging strict nila, hindi rin ako aabot na past 20 years. Old, Ok yung aking paglaki.


*With your busy schedule, do you still have time to relax?
      Every Monday naman, free day ko. So nag-aaral ako sa bahay, tapos time for myself-manicure,pedicure, `massage. Pero lately, hindi ako nakakalabas kasama yung mga friends ko,  sila Rachelle[ Ann Go], Yeng [Constantino]. Nalulungkot nga ako kasi ang tagal na rin namin hindi nagkikita at nakakapag-kwentuhan.


* How are you like at home?
        Isang gusgusin na bata!(laughs) Naka-pambahay lang na minsan ang luwag-luwag pa, may punit pa! (laughs) kaya nakakahiya ako pag nakita ako sa bahay. Siyempre yun naman yung time to relax, at di mo kailangan magpa-beauty diba?


* Do you have any hidden talents?
         Hidden talent? Bukod sa pagdo-drwing, wala na kundi kumain!(laughs) kumain  ng marami!


*What's your fashion styles?
          My typical look is simple. jeans, tapos gusto ko yung white na shirt lang. Simple lang po talaga ako. I go for comfort first before fashion.

* How does Unica Hija suit your style?
         Simple yet elegant. kung baga it fits our pagiging filipina, yung values natin, di ganon ka-revealing yung kanilang mga damit.


* What has been the most difficult thing that you've faced in your career?
           Kasi as we can see sa showbiz, diba yung transition ng image ng isang female artist, female actress, parang may  pressure na maging daring ba, para mawala yung pagiging teeny-bopper na image. tapos siyempre nakikita rin natin sa mtv. sa hollwood, na grade sila magdamit, na halos wala ng damit... maganda naman siyempre fashion ya pero siyempre sa atin pagiging pilipino, iba yung values natin sa kanila e. So siguro yun ang biggest challenge sa akin na lalo na performer ako. siyempre nahahalin tulad  yan sa, o, dapat kumankanta kang Beyonce inspired din na damit; siyempre hindi ko naman kaya yun! biggest challenge yun kung baga, yun value mo.


How do you deal with this challenge?
      Una sa lahat, dahil sa pagpapalaki nga po parents siyempre kung ang parents ko ay pumapayag naman pagsuotin ako ng revealing clothes, e di go lang. Pero siyempre dahil in-screen nila ang mga damit ko, siyempre ako din, ayoko. Tsaka naniniwala ako na ang pagiging magaling na performer ay hindi naman sa pananamit. The way you perform, the way you project, pwede ka naman maging sexy na hindi kamasyado nagpapakita na balat e.


So are your parents also so strict when it comes to boys?
      In terms of boyfriends, siyempre may mga MU-MU. Pero wag daw muna madalin. Tsaka magtapos daw muna ng pag-aaral na-realize ko rin na kaya tayo nagbo-boyfriend dahil yun yung may potential na maging asawa natin. So habang hindi ka pa ready mag-asawa, wag ka muna mag-boyfirenddi ba tama? it makes sense. Wala namang masama na makipag-boyfriend pero dapat may certain limitatios k at responsible kasa pakikipag-relasyon dapat may respeto rin sa isa't-isa. Hindi yun laro.


Who is you most influences to sing?
      Michael Jackson (listen: billie jean, thriller, human nature), Beyonce (listen: if i were a boy, single ladies), Alicia Key (listen: empire state of mind ll), Iron and Wine (listen: naked as we came, each coming night), Celine Dion (listen: to love yo more, because you loved me)


What's in her bag?
     Gum ( ricola herbal voice gums), Wallet (Prada), Rosary, Phone (My Phone), Makeup, Music player (song MDR-G45), Moisturizer (belo whitening lotion SPF 15)


*Sarah goes to unwind in sunday?
        Church, Serendra or Green belts


*Describe your beauty regimen?
        I don't is wash my face day and night and whenever i feel like it's needed. Use thee product that best suits my skin type and i never go to sleep with and makeup on my face.

*How much time do you give to pampering your skin and your body?
      Honestly, because of my busy schedule the only time have right now to pamper my skin and body is during bath time. It usually takes like an hour or an hour or an hour and a half at the most i make sure i put on my favorite Vaseline lotion afterwards.

* What's the best beauty advice you've received?
         Learn to love yourself and feel beautiful because you really are, no matter what they say. We were all created by god with love and beauty.


*Who do you consider the most beautiful man/woman/person?why?
          I consider my father as the most beautiful man and my mother as the most beautiful woman because of their unconditional love an unfailing guidance.


*How do you keep fit and healthy?
         I make sure i eat a balanced diet and that i exercise regularly.


*Any beauty secrets you'd like to share?
        I don't really have beauty secrets to share, but i do believe that beauty reflects in your aura when you do good things to other people and when you have inner peace and true happiness: never forget that you are a chlid of god by whom you are most loved and that you were created in his image and likeness.


*Most amazing song/piece of music you've heard?
         For me, the most amazing song i've heard is Michael Jackson's man in the mirror


*Most amazing place yuo've visited?
         Europe


*Most amazing person you've met?
       Regine Velasquez

      Sarah won box office queen in 2007- Rhett Eala, Metro Manila film festival- Rhett Eala (Filipina), First major concert in araneta and was also worn for her Us and Canada tour-Rajo Laurel(bright red gown in french lace and chiffon), Myx awards she won award sweeped the awards- Rajo Laurel (Romantic Blouse),Cary Santiago made this structured dress for one of Sarah's concert in cebu, The Bravo Filipino event for Ayala Center- Rajo Laurel, Sarah calls this the "Listen" dress (designed by Rajo laurel) because she alway end up singing the song whenever she wear it,This was the dress she wore to Pres. Corazon Aquino's funeral in 2009
